This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Poultry Pro plans and batch passes, operated by The Farm Logistics.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both subscription plans and one-time batch passes.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the details from your purchase receipt, or contact us through our contact page and we will help arrange it. Once approved, your refund is returned to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; the subscription will not renew after that. One-time batch passes are not recurring — they grant access for a single flock cycle and simply expire at the end of that cycle.
