This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Poultry Pro plans and batch passes, operated by The Farm Logistics.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both subscription plans and one-time batch passes.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your Paystack transaction reference (from your email receipt). Once approved, your refund is returned to your original payment method (card or Mobile Money) via Paystack.
Cancellations
Plans and batch passes are fixed-term access passes paid up-front through Paystack — they do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the expiry date shown on your Farm Manager page. Buy again before it ends to keep access without interruption.
