Last updated: 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Poultry Pro, operated by The Farm Logistics ("we", "us", "our"). By using Poultry Pro you enter into an agreement with The Farm Logistics.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Poultry Pro (the "Service") you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates to them.
If you use the Service on behalf of a farm, cooperative, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you use the Service as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your country.
2. The service
Poultry Pro provides technical advisory tools for poultry farmers, including guides, feed calculators and formulation tools, cost and housing planning tools, production and payroll record-keeping, an AI-powered advisor, and specialist consultation booking. The Service is provided for educational and operational support purposes and does not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
3. Accounts and credentials
To use certain features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- send spam, or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
- interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including by probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorised access;
- reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service, or circumvent any technical limits.
5. AI advisor — acceptable use and accuracy
Poultry Pro includes AI-powered features that generate responses to your prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for how you use any outputs, for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input.
- You must not use the AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety measures.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice (including veterinary advice). Always confirm treatments and medications with a licensed veterinarian.
- We may moderate, filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that misuse the AI features. Rights-holders may report infringing content through our contact page, and we may act against repeated infringement.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, documentation, content, and branding, is owned by The Farm Logistics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans and one-time batch passes are sold through our online reseller. Payment, billing, tax, currency, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period unless cancelled; one-time batch passes grant access for a single flock cycle and do not renew. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Service availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, in the event of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion, subject to law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
